Before Contacting Us: Assess Your Security Needs
Assessing your needs beforehand helps us tailor our services to effectively meet your requirements, not to mention speed up our partnership agreement. Identify specific areas of concern, such as property vulnerabilities or potential security threats.
We recommend you know the following information before contacting us:
- Location of site
- Specific issues and services needed
- Security methods you have tried
- Dates and times of security services needed
During Our Phone Call
During our phone call, we’ll discuss customization options to tailor our services precisely to your needs. To speed up the process, specify the number of security guards required and any additional equipment needed, such as vehicles, metal detectors, body cameras, signage, or traffic control equipment.
This dialogue ensures seamless coordination and guarantees that our security measures align perfectly with your objectives.
Once you are happy with your security package, we will forward you a contract to sign. Please make sure the person signing has signing authority, has their scope of work listed, and has emergency contacts. You can pay using E-transfer or cheque.
Turnaround Times
Without the necessity of a site assessment, our services can be mobilized swiftly, often within hours. This encompassing turnaround includes the deployment of onsite security personnel, implementation of mobile patrols, and establishment of fire watch protocols.
However, if a site assessment is deemed necessary, we commit to completing it within 24 hours to expedite the deployment process efficiently.
Regarding parking enforcement, while warning tickets can be issued immediately, the timeframe for comprehensive enforcement may vary. It could take weeks, contingent upon municipal procedures, as we await city audits and approvals for site validation.
